Daily med students- water cups

Does anyone have a system in place for the daily med students to use the same cup everyday, rather than having to use a new cup every single day. I realize cups aren't expensive... but it just seems so wasteful to use a new one each day for the same student... and after a couple of weeks I go through 150 cups just for these same 15 students. I thought about labeling their cups and having a labeled cubby for each student... but then I would need to make sure the cups are completely dry or else I would be cleaning/wiping the cubbies out constantly.... and I thought about putting a drying rack in my sink... but then it will take up my sink. Anyone have a good idea?

I have a cafeteria type tray in my office with a paper towel liner and a cookie drying rack on top of it. This sits beside the sink. I label the cups with the kids' initials, and they use these cups for a week or so before I trash them and they get a new one.

I have a student who will only have meds with his green cup, so I wash and dry that one daily. I've considered getting cups for each of them, its just a space issue for me.

I have a cup dispenser on my wall and use disposable. Yes, I go through alot of cups, but I have no room to wash and store 20+ cups. Maybe when I get my new office :)

Each student with meds has a pencil box with their name on it in my cabinet, so I reuse the same cup and keep it in the box with the meds. Now if the student was out sick or the cup starts looking gross from food on the face then I will toss it and replace.

I have a recycling bin next to my cups, so used cups can be recycled. Too much for students to have their one cup. But since I do work with the older ones, some students do take their meds with the water in their reusable water bottles that they are allowed to have with them during the school day.

I have more of an issue with faculty and students who want to use my water cooler just because. I remind the staff that there is a cooler in the office and make the non med kiddos use the water fountain in the hall. Geez all these people breezing in and out of my Petri dish of an office. Gross.

Disposable cups.

I am not washing, handling, or taking responsibility for their germy cups every day. :wtf:
