What 3 classes should i take together?

  1. The classes that I still need are:
    chemistry
    microbiology
    physiology
    anatomy
    nutrition
    pharmacoloy

I'd like to take 3 classes each semester and volunteer 4 hours a week and maybe work 15 hours a week.
I dont have any kids, yet, so that should make things a lot easier. Please let me know what are your thoughts and experience. Thanks

Hmm.. I would probably take anatomy, physiology and nutrition in the 1st semester, and chemistry, microbiology and pharmacology in the 2nd semester. Keep in mind that your 2nd semester would be VERY time consuming since those are all hard classes. I think you would make your life a lot easier if you took at least 1 of your classes during the summer.

Thanks for replyung! What 2 classes seem to be easier? Thanks again

I would take anatomy, nutrition and chemistry together first.

Anatomy will lay the groundwork for physiology and chemistry could help with pharmacology.

Or at least, that's what makes sense to me and it's similar to the order that I did my sciences in.

You should take anatomy, chemistry, and microbiology together.

But taking 3 sciences together will be a hard road for anyone anyone so I suggest taking only two at a time if you can. So it would be like: anatomy & chemistry; microbiology & physiology; pharm & nutrition

In my school anatomy and physiology are together
And honestly this course was not hard at all. I was very nervous about it but if you have a good professor and study everyday you'll be fine.
To me the learning anatomy without physiology st the same time would be harder because I'm better at physiology and the only way to memorize body parts is to know them through their function and physiology.
I don't think chemistry would be hard.

I don't have any idea about nutrition and Micro, just heard people complaining about nutrition all the time.
    Good luck

Thank you all for your suggestions. Im already signed up anatomy and chem and will see if nutrition fits in my schedule. Theres nothing worst than having a bad teacher.. thank god for ratemyprofessor.com

I took A&P and Microbiology together in the same semester and they really went hand in hand, so I would take those together. I would take Nutrition, Chem and Pharm together as well. Nutrtion should be relatively easy, but Chemistry is hard (unless that is your jam, then I'm jealous lol)

    Good Luck!

At my school Anatomy and Phys. are together for 1 and 2. And I'm taking A&p2 this fall, and A&p1 was basically just remembering stuff. I scraped through with an A without like over the board effort. ( I would just study the night before so it would be fresh in my mind). As far as the others I'm not sure. I haven't taken those yet, but I've been told not to take too many science classes together in one semester. I'm not sure if it's because of there being a lecture or a lab making it time consuming, or if it truly is overwhelming.

I tried not to work while taking some of my science courses, but if i had to, i definitely didn't work full time.

I'd probably take anatomy and physiology together because they are taught together at my school anyway. I am taking A &P along with chem. Nutrition was very easy for me. I took it over the summer and wish I had taken at least one other class with it. I've heard micro and pharm are hard (but I haven't taken micro yet and pharm isn't a prereq for me so can't help there), so nutrition would be a good third class for that semester.
