I'm taking the Compass test in the morning; so ya'll be remembering me tomorrow.

I took the NET 2 weeks ago (no scores yet), my application is in, references in, now it's just the Compass and wait. :uhoh3:

I love this process: it makes me realize how much I really want this!

Good Luck! I'll say a prayer :) Remember me Wednesday...I take the math compass...I took the math compass 6 yrs ago, so it just 'aged' out so to speak. I know what you mean about 'wanting it'! I have a lot of hoops to jump thru...have a BA in psych and bio and b/c I am so 'old',30, I have to take just about all the prereqs again, except anat & phys 1. Oh well! Good luck and keep us posted !!!

I'm not sure what a Compass test is or a NET for that matter, but I wish you luck and success!

I'm taking the NET on Saturday, 8 AM! March 12th seemed so far away when I scheduled the test appointment! This really puts it all into perspective. My timeline before applying to the nursing program seemed so far off in the future, now it is getting towards the end.

....gives me an exciting, but scared feeling. lol

Well, the wait is over. I aced the reading comprehension and writing skills, and bombed the math test.

Haven't received my NET scores yet, but honestly think the math section on that was easier.

Just makes me sick, cause they take the top scores on the tests. I might be able to retake the Compass in a few weeks. This school is new to Compass, and so far have not allowed retakes; but they are working on it.

Hey Tweety,

Compass is a computerized test that some colleges use to place students in the subjects that are tested by the ACT. I hated it! I had no idea what it was before I had to take it. Actually come to think of it I think the ACT people make the Compass software.
