The wait is almost over! Please post the date you received your letter of acceptance and your GPA (Oakland community college). Does anyone know if the DMC has give OCC another grant this year???

Will we find out which program we will be in? (Accelerated or traditional)

Yes, we will find out which program we are in. They will be mailed out tomorrow. Also, we will probably be receiving some other info with it. Let me know which program you are in.

Hi, I missed the accelerated program by 0.015. But hey, I'm still in nursing school!!!

Hi everyone....

Just wondering if anybody else here is doing the accelerated program. May 11th is approaching way to fast... :eek: Does anybody know what the cut off was? Also, shots, shots, and more shots. Does anybody have any suggestions in regards to getting our immunizations and physical without going completely broke. (being without health insurance stinks) Congrats to everyone who got in and hopefully there is someone here that is going to hit the ground running with me in May. :bugeyes:

The cut off was 3.89..... I am going to the Oakland County Health Dept. Look it up on-line. U only pay for the vaccine (not for it to be administered). Also, if u qualify u might not have to pay at all (they determine that when u go in). I'm not sure if they do the physical. I am going in on Tuesday...I'll let you know.
