I just took the NET

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be- except for the reading. The math was just like the math problems on the websites Carlos provided. I thought there were going to be 60 questions but they've been cut down to 30 questions. As I said the reading was difficult and that's what everyone was informed before we started. The test wasn't computerized, so I have to wait 2 weeks to get my results. It'll be the longest 2 weeks ever! You have to get at least 60% for both math and reading. Other than that, I believe I did very good. If I'm not please with my score, I can take the NET in 6 weeks. Hopefully I won't have to!

Good luck girl! I'm sure you did great!

I just took the NET today too. Just like you stated there was only 30 questions on the math section. I didn't think the reading was that bad. I studied from the offical study guide and the other websites that were mentioned on this message board. This really will be a long two weeks!!! I hope I just did ok on the reading :)

you know you passed it girl!!!

congratz!

I'll post my score as soon as I recieve it. If I have to take the NET again- and I hope I don't- at least I now know what's on it and it won't be so bad the second time around.:)

MOCHABEAN, WHAT WAS READING ON (TOPICS)?

The reading section was about theories created by humans to explain infections (from primitive man to today) and various treatments that were used to treat them. Another section was about parts of the ear and how they work together to making hearing possible. That's pretty much all I can remember. You just have to find the main idea of the paragraph, which is tricky based on the answer choices provided.

You passed it, now, remember to post your scores so we can be motivated

and hopeful:) when it's our turn.

CONGRATULATIONS:yeah:

I'm still waiting to get my scores in the mail!:banghead:
