Hello!

I am making this thread because I am applying (VERY VERY EARLY) for GBCON! I have spoken with an advisor (******) and have sent my unofficials to her to be evaluated. I dont have the highest overall GPA and I would not like that to determine my acceptance. I am working hard to bring it up the most I can. I am registered to take the TEAS in September so I am currently busting my butt studying for it. I am also working on my essay. I need It to be perfect. The great thing about Mercer is that they dont just worry about your GPA or TEA scores, They look at it all! Even with my low GPA and not having completed AP1/2 or even Microbiology, Abigail still said I will be a competitive nursing applicant because of my work experience (I work at GMCD as a Unit Secretary/ Patient Care Tech in the OR)

I have a full course load this semester and next but the advisor STILL told me to apply ASAP, The earlier the better. The only thing she mentioned was that I would not receive an acceptance letter till my TEAS scores were submitted.

The faculty at GBCON IS AMAZING and so sweet! they answer any and every question you ask!!! Cant wait to hear from anyone who is applying for FALL 2017

I graduated from there in 1996 before it merged with Mercer. It was an excellent program. Good luck!

Tell me, how have you been preparing for TEAS and have you started writing your essay? I'm working on perfecting mine at the moment. Do you mind sharing your STATS? I'm so excited/nervous for all of this because I have no idea what I'm doing lol

hi, im a student at kennesaw state and have finished all my gen ed and pre reqs there but looks like if i apply i will have some more courses to take. i have a 3.5 GPA, 4.0 science GPA, and a 80 on the teas. but i have no work experience or anything spectacular like that, so im debating on applying.

hey! if you dont mind what was your TEAS score, i'm applying for the fall 2017 and my GPA is 3.15 and i take the teas tomorrow. on the practice test i have completed the scores are between 74-77. i have 3.5 years of CNA experience and i volunteered for grady. I'm extremely nervous about applying

Hey! I just wanted to come by and encourage you all to apply. I just started in the 2016 fall. I got accepted with a 3.5 GPA and 81 TEAS and I didn't have any work experience in the field. It's a great program with great staff!

I am applying for fall 2017 as well. Teas 83.3; GPA 3.72. No healthcare work experience. Currently volunteering. I am working on my essay.

Hi everyone,

I'm applying for Fall 2017 but my GPA is not that great. I will wait until May to apply after my semester is over. I took my TEAS already score of 82.7. Science GPA 3.0. I'm really nervous about it. I really hope we all get in.
