Anyone know of any RN to BSN programs that don't require a chemistry lab. I don't mind chemistry but loathe with a passion lab. I've only had high school chemistry which was acceptable for my ADN program.

Thanks for any help. I might be interesting in a ADN to BSN online program soon.

http://www.excelsior.edu/index.htm Excelsior requires a minimum of 8 semester hrs of Nsg science core for their BSN, 6 of which must be earned in Anat., Phys., and Micro. The other 2 can be in Biol., Chem., Patho., etc. These can be taken through them and do not require a lab. Just know that they are tough, because 1 test determines whether you pass or fail. And if your previous program was devided into quarters instead of semesters, you might not already have as many credits as you think. Good luck!

Sure thing! I'm doing Excelsior now after taking full time classes and going broke, and I love it!

The University of Wyoming does not require Chemistry for the online RN to BSN Program http://www.uwyo.edu

Don't know if you saw my reply to your question in the Florida forum, but FSU does not require a chem lab.

Good luck with your online studies!

Many universities/colleges will have them...you just have to search what your looking for. I did chemistry through laurentian with no labs, via distance education for my BScN.

Good luck
