Reported to board and other agency sends a letter reporting too!!

I was recently sent to state board and was "severly reprimanded." Since then this other agency has sent me a letter reporting about something negative on my nursing license. I have lost the letter some how and would like to know if anyone else has had a letter sent to them. If so can you tell me the name of the company so I can contact them. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you in advance.

Is it the national databank on healthcare providers or something to that effect?

Data Bank. Nursys. OIG exclusion list. There are many more than anyone even knows about.

I showed up on an OIG list from a background check. I never received any letter ISNAP gave me the contact number and my name was not on any exclusion list I was able to print a copy from the web site.. Hope it's for real!!
