    I was recently sent to state board and was "severly reprimanded." Since then this other agency has sent me a letter reporting about something negative on my nursing license. I have lost the letter some how and would like to know if anyone else has had a letter sent to them. If so can you tell me the name of the company so I can contact them. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you in advance.
