NOTICE ADMIN COMPLETE

does anyone know what this means? i have this on the BON with no RN license number!!:banghead:

Bedpan,we still don't know what it means and taking meds to get over something or to deal with something is not a good thing... Granted Nursing makes light of giving meds for any little thing because it is ordered doesn't mean self medicatng will help:mad:

n regards WHAT to do take a deeeeep breath and call your BON, look on the BON website to see if there is an explaination ... I know easiier said than do for you probably have tunnel vision right now.

well my classmate had self report on his (he had an old DUI) but it disappeared and was all gone before he took his nclex. i got started later, so my application is just getting squared away. self report wouldn't bother me cuz he had it too, but mine also says notice admin complete, so i don't know what that means. his never said that. i tried to call the BON, but they don't answer the phone!!!!!

ALISE04 Of course you are right. It just popped into my head. A margarita would have been a better choice. Hahahah. But seriously, the BON should have contacted this poor nurse before posting **** like that on their web site. How about her classmates, instructors, etc seeing that? They will think the very worst of her. They can get away with this kind of SLANDER / LIBEL because, they are the BON. They rule and they know it. They are the NURSE POLICE. Did you all realize that a $99 malpractice policy will provide you with $10,000 of licensure protection? OK I know I am on my soapbox now but---Had to:smokin: share my thoughts. More to come about boards.

i am sure someone will know, or it will just disappear soon. i passed that darn nclex, so i really have nothing to worry about!! if i can get through that monster, i can get through anything!!!!!!!! hahaha!!!

warmC1 Please follow up and let us know what it was all about. You will be in my thoughts. Try not to worry but start calling the board first thing in the morning and be firm with them. Remind them that you did not get a certified letter and you want them to correct their web site immediately. Take care and try to get a good nights sleep.:smokin::cheers:

OK! I JUST SPOKE WITH THE BON AND THEY SAID THE SELF COMPLAINT IS ONE OF MY OLD CHARGES THAT MAY OR MAY NOT REQUIRE AN INVESTIGATION. AT THIS POINT SHE DOES NOT KNOW, IT DOESN'T SAY. I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO BE A POSSIBILITY BEFORE I EVER EVEN GRADUATED. I HAD TO PROVE BEFORE ENTERING NURSING SCHOOL THAT A CHARGE I HAD WAS DENIED AND DISMISSED (DISORDERLY CONDUCT/ASSAULT TYPE OF CHARGE) AND NOT APART OF MY RECORD. WELL I MUST HAVE TO BE DOING IT AGAIN. THE OTHER PART THAT SAID "NOTICE ADMIN COMPLETE" JUST MEANS THAT MY APP, NCLEX, FINGERPRINTS ARE ALL DONE, JUST WAITING TO SEE IF I NEED AN INVESTIGATION. I SHOULD BE HEARING FROM SOMEONE VIA THE TELEPHONE IF SO, IF NOT MY RN NUMBER WILL APPEAR AS SOON AS THEY DECIDE WHAT IS TO BE DONE. WHAT A DRAG!!!

Hey you got an answer...that is better than not knowing.Everything will work out and look at the bright side you inished nursing school and passed the test.

As this is something that needs BON input and they can provide their answer once they have made their decision I am closing this thread and moving it to the Nursing licensure with a Criminal history forum
