Enforcement Review TX BON

Published

Hi, I welcome any insight in my current situation. I was accepted into an LVN program did my Fingerprints got a letter from the state, Texas, that said I needed to submit a declaratory order. I have submitted that along with the $150 but I just got a message back through the nurse's portal that it is being sent to the enforcement department. it's only been about a week since I submitted my declaratory order so my question is, is this the typical next step that is taken or has mine been sent to some special department that Is as scary as it sounds. I have a felony that I completed probation for(it was possession under a gram) from 2005 when I was very young and stupid. I also have 2 misdemeanors from 2012 both were dismissed. both of these situations happened with a fiancé and then-husband who I have since been divorced from and have had no contact with from 2012 forward. will I ever be able to sit for the NCLEX? I am a single mom and just want to serve my community and help my daughter and myself In our future. Thanks for listening hope to hear from somebody.

Hi my endorsement was just sent to the enforcement department today and I wanted to know how long it took for them to finish processing your application. I'm hearing horror stories of 4-6 months. OMG I'm shaking because if I had to wait that long what on earth would I do for money?
