Just starting a thread for Parkland Dallas! Has anyone heard back about anything?

Has anyone interviewed for L&D? I heard that they had interviews last week.

I interviewed on Friday, they're still doing interviews. They did people who were referred first. My application states no longer interested but I think it's an error because the status changed on the 11th before I even had my interview.

How was the interview? Laid back or random questions? I had a friend who interviewed and they asked her some pretty off the wall questions.

I heard it was laid as well so I guess it depends on who it is with.

Mine was really laid back. They did ask some random questions but nothing that I couldn't think of an answer for.

I interviewed with L&D last Friday too. My interview was very thorough but extremely laid back, it was one-on-one, included a tour of the unit, and lasted about an hour. I loved my interviewer and am def hoping I get a spot! Did anyone ask when we'd hear back? I'm assuming it'll be at least next week since they are still interviewing this week. Oh and I wasn't asked any random questions, all were basic interview things.

Very laid back, nothing that took major thinking. Only was asked about 3 questions and the interview lasted about an hour.

I was told one to two weeks, the first interviews were for people who were referred and 50 people were referred, then the rest of the applicants. I know there's only 20 spots. Hope to see you in July!
