Hey guys!! I am considering taking a position at St Josephs for the new graduate nurse residency program. I am coming from out of state and know nothing about the hospital. Has anyone participated in this program or work for this hospital? I would love more information.

How was the interview for the PCU/SICU?!

I am also an alternate for the position you are speaking of I think. I am very anxiously waiting to hear from the recruiter as well. I'm sure as soon as she has a spot open up for us she will let us know. But the wait is KILLING me.

No. I'm assuming that if we haven't heard anything we are alternates. They sent out offers & some rejections last week.

I think so. I have received emails from them on the weekends.

How long did they give y'all to accept the offer?

I hope so1 I interviewed on their last day of interviews last week, I'm hoping I hear something tomorrow!!
