Hello everyone!

Anybody in here who is undergoing the Provincial Nominee Program in any provinces in Canada by their employer?

It would be much appreciated if you will share your experiences and could also share the time-frame of each of the specific steps.

Thank you very much!!:yeah:

Just a quick question, I am contemplating on my PR application. Is there somebody there who submitted their application at the Buffalo Office?

I have the option to file it at Buffalo Office according to the BC PNP package I received via mail. But, I don't have any idea to the technicalities and processing per se. Could anyone share some insights re: this? would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Maybe you can check Buffalo's CIC website. Someone informed me that processing in Buffalo instead of Manila is faster.

Is it possible to just file for the TWP for now and then file for the PR once we get to Canada?

Thanks for the response. Yeah, according to the BC PNP package. Buffalo's Processing time is within 12 weeks upon receipt of the completed application.

Manila Canadian Embassy usually takes 4 - 6 months to process it.

That's why I'm having thoughts of filing my PR here in Manila or in Buffalo instead. Time factor, Buffalo's quite faster.

Yeah, you can leave the country via working visa.

Hi Shubichilipepper, I'm now on my 18th month working as an RN here in California. Janfrn is right that without experience, they might require you to do the SEC. On the other hand, I've heard that some applicants with no experience didn't have to pass thru the SEC.

Thank you so much summer09!!

But can I file for the PR in Canada?

No. You can't file inside Mainland Canada.

You will have the option to file it at Canadian Embassy, Manila or at Buffalo Office. Then wait for its approval in Canada. I'm planning to leave the country via Working Visa then file my PR application at Buffalo's Office then wait for my PR status there. But, would research on the process as well. I would appreciate feedbacks and comments. Thanks colleagues.

Hi! I dont know if you got my private message. Anyway, did you submit certified true copies of your diploma and transcript?

Where in Canada is your employer?

I think the Buffalo office is a good idea since processing time is faster.
