    if you don't have enough time to do everything, take about 30 minutes to complain about it.

    Nursing is teamwork. Nobody can do this job alone so don't be afraid to ask for help. When you have down time, offer to help your colleagues. I think the most important thing about any nursing work environment is how much teamwork & support exists between employees.

    Flippant comment - how to survive a 12 hour shift on 2 chocolates, no fluid and (obviously) no toilet breaks
