I also have The Nurse Who Loved Me - A Perfect Circle.
And I absolutely refuse to put "How to Save a Life" on my iPod. I hate that song!

It's the End of the World... is by REM.

3 am by Matchbox 20 is another good suggestion.
And I always sleep better when its raining. The sound of the rain creates white noise, the room is dark and cool, and my bed warm inviting. I sleep best during rainy days.
