What's the funniest most unusual baby name?

Nurses Humor Nursing Q/A

As many of you know by now, Kim Kardashian had her baby. As if you couldn't miss all the annoying coverage over every single detail. They named that poor kid North West. What are some of the funniest/weirdest/most unusual baby names you have seen? Could be a patient or someone you know in your personal life. And if you are someone with one of those odd names did you just learn to live with it or would you change it.

When we would visit my grandparents when I was a kid, we would pass a urologist's office on the other side of his big old house, with a sign on the door: Horace Tinklepot, M.D.:D It was at the other end of my Grandparent's block.

Aside from the fact that Horace is a funny name, isn't Tinklepot an absolutely perfect last name for a urologist?!:)

At least their names can be turned into nicknames (Ellie & Cammie, for example). And I like those cars so perhaps I'm biased. But no worries, I will not be having a child named TransAm.

My Son's middle name is Raistlin. Named after a character in Dungeon and Dragons, and also from a series of books called Dragonlance.

Took care of an elderly unmarried lady named Hotsie Totsee. (Last name Totsee.) Wish I had asked if she had any siblings.

Nosmo King (say it slow)

Not to mention the stupid "alternate" spellings

I know a girl who named her son Tason... Pronounced like Jason but with a T.

Also, I dated a guy who swore up and down that his first born son would be named Garth brooks. I said "with the S on the end?" And he said yes!

And, I know a Tequila. She's in her late 30s now. Cheap box wine would be a more fitting name for her though!

I knew a man with a first name of "Fuk."

It was pronounced "Fuke". Too bad it wasn't spelled the way it was pronounced. He was an immigrant from one of those small, south Asian countries. I'm sure it was a fine name in his country, just an unfortunate English spelling.

Maybe not very funny, but Illkeelyah pronounced I'll kill ya :|

I used to work with a physician with a similar last name. You should have heard some of the pages he got! The paging operators would start to page him, then realize what they were saying and get embarrassed and stop. Finally, they started paging him by his first name.

During my clinical rotation, we had twin brothers who were "frequent fliers" due to SS. Their names were orangejello and lemonjello. Seriously.

And the names weren't even capitalized? It boggles the mind.
