CNA Status Change

  1. I'm new to allnurses, but anyways.

I recently submitted an application online for a hospital PCT and my application status just changed to route and I can no longer withdraw from it.

    What does that mean?

    Thanks!

Only someone at the hospital can answer that question. There are thousands of hospitals in the US and they all do things differently.

Obviously I posted here to see if anyone knew. Your comment isn't needed.

    Thanks

Actually, meanmaryjean's comment was spot on. As you didn't mention a facility, hoe would you expect anyone to be able to explain this status to you?

    Best wishes.

Oh wow. I didn't know my very first post would have such RUDE people. I don't have to put a facility. If you know the answer PUT it. If you don't then don't comment.

    Yes, it did.

This is just not something we can answer. Hospitals do things many different ways. While we wish you the best of luck gaining employment, none of the comments were meant to be rude - its just we can't answer what you are asking.

Its at baptist health. The application status has moved to route. Does anyone know what that means?

OP: AllNurses is over 1 million members strong from around the world. We try very hard to help people when they post requests. But there are "Baptist Health' systems in a dozen or more states. I'm still not certain what keeps you from just calling them and asking. Then you're done wondering and asking random, anonymous internet people who don't have enough detail to answer your question. "Honestly, we are a generally helpful group of people, but we are not psychics!

I thought maybe you all could answer from the little information I posted for a job application status. It truly is not hard to know if you know or not. Next time I post I'll "give more information" if I have a question or need advice. But I found the responses I got were rude.

    Thanks.

Good luck working in healthcare with that attitude. You'll last about 15 minutes.

I had no attitude, the answers I got were rude. This conversation was over a little while ago but thanks anyways.
