Open House/Career Fair

Hi everyone,

I am a new graduate (BSN program) and I passed the board 2 months ago. I am having a hard time getting calls from any position that I qualify for. I got a phone interview with North Shore LIJ, but I do not think that went well. I have been applying for jobs everyday and I am starting to feel like I will never attain a full-time position. I have a couple friends that attended the open house for New York Hospital of Queens and was hired a week after the event. I was hoping if anyone can share any open house or any career fair for nurses coming up this month or next month. It would be highly appreciated. I am itching to work and get my experience.

I heard of the nurse.com career fair and they are usually good, never been to one but people I know gave good feedback.But the one at Lehman as per the link seems to be an info fair for pre-health students. Doesn't seem like there will be recruiters there...it's just to help students decide what health field to go into.
