Hi everybody,..umm. i took my exam june 9th here in CA ..it is now june 15 and i still dont see my name on the CABRN Website ..i know that this state dont particpate with quick results but i noticed that all of my friends that passed saw their names on the website after a 2 days...then i started to get real anxious and started to read a few threads on this website one of them was the pearson vue trick...so i tried it.. it let me go all the way to credit card page..meaning that if they let u pay therefore u pretty much failed...after reading that thread i just lost all my hope of passing...so like i guess im just gnna take dis week off den start studying again next week..oh yea i stopped at 75 q..dts like a big slap in the face too failing at 75...take it easy guys..hopefully i'll do better the next time

I would wait until you know for definite that you have failed. If you have failed it is nothing to be ashamed of, just pick yourself back up and look at a study plan that works for you and start over again.

i haven't taken the exam just yet, but the buzz says you can pay an extra $8 for the quick results. why don't you give that a try? mind if i just ask, what were your review materials?

thanks to silvredragon, caliotter, n mexarican fr d confidence boost, and to jerzie , um our state dont participate in quick results man i wish we had quick results.. i used saunders,mosby, learningext.com for RN....i also attended a review course but that was mostly strategy..i thot i was prepared for it ,and i felt really confident goin into the test center.. but i guess wsnt...take care and good luck with ur exam...this was my first time taking it..its been 4 working days now for me including sunday cuz they updated last night june 14 ..and my name still aint der at the brn website..

but to me it doesnt really matter how many review materials used,. its all about being dedicated to studying bcuz a couple of my friends only used saunders and passed with 75q and they're foreign graduates too just like myself..but i grew up here in CA just studied in a different country cuz nursing school was too expensive for me here.. so good luck and study harder than i did..

no prob..but dnt take my word for it tho haha..thats just my opinion cuz my friends passed wth only using saunder's..so all im sayin is just study harder thats all..there's a lot of members here that could help u out a lot a better than i could.. yep grew up here in l.a. but studied in pinas cuz my tuition here for the nursing progrm (only to receive an associate degree) ws ridiculously expensive at a local community college and im already payin for my student loans from my other course that didnt work too well for me...im also an IT graduate...

Hi,
It is a big slap on the face. I took my first NCLEX-PN Feb 11, 2009. I stopped at 85, thought i pass. Tried the "trick" it let me pay all over again. After a month of agonizing waiting game from BVNPT...BIG WHITE ENVELOPED came in the mail says in bold letter. I FAILED...But this time i took a different route in reviewing and Im taking my second exam on June 20...Wish me luck..i feel stronger this time and know my stuffed. Good luck to you..
