Just reading them is not enough. Get a few practice workbooks. Take the practice tests. Correct the tests. The ones you get incorrect, look at the rationale behind the answer. Take some more tests. Correct them. Repeat. See is you can get a sense of the type of question you are getting wrong. Then so some studying of whatever that may be from your notes,

Some general guidelines are that you should not change answers. Go with your gut.

Get tutored, join a study group from your school, see if you can sit in on any classes where you may have trouble at the school.

Good luck! And check your state BON website to make sure that you understand what you need to do to take the NCLEX a 4th time--each state is different in the number of attempts they will allow before you need to do a refresher--but check and see.

Take a test prep course, get tutored by someone at your school. Start an NCLEX study group.

The issue may not necessarily the source of the review, but how one approaches the NCLEX itself: understanding the four concepts of becoming a competent, entry-level nurse:

1. Safe, effective care;

2.Health promotion;

3.Physiological Integrity;

4.Psychosocial integrity

Will determine WHAT the question is asking you; the question may be Respiratory related-but is it a Health Promotion or a Safety, or a Physiological or a Psychosocial one? Would you know the difference and choose the BEST answer?

Once one understands the concepts of NCLEX, they can do so successfully.

All great advice, above. With each failure notice, you should also have received a report of where you were lacking passing ability: what areas were your weaknesses?

Look at THAT, and you'll know what you need to work on.

USE ATI. They have what they call virual ATI. My school used ATI through out nursing school, and I did the virtual ATI after graduation. I passed with 75 questions. Easy!
