Pearson Vue Trick NOT accurate

Hello all! Those of you who are about to take your NCLEX or just finished and want to try the PEARSON VUE TRICK, just don't and wait that 48 hours for quick results or how ever long your state requires.

I just took my NCLEX last week and was shut off at 75.

I was antsy and went home and tried to sleep and waited. I read hundreds of testimonies and there was even a website that is dedicated to the Pearson Vue trick and walks you step by step!

My friends all did it and it worked for them, showed them the "good pop up" which said they were already registered for an exam and cannot register at this time, etc. Some used a fake CC, most used a valid, and some used valid with wrong exp date.

So I'm thinking if it works for 12 of my close friends it should work for me? No.

Anyways so they tell you to wait about 6-8 hours to check. Which I did wait 12 hours, and I went through and filled it all out with a valid CC and only changed the exp date and it got declined! The message that popped up was that my credit card was invalid and declined! Which means they tried to take my payment ... So I was devastated!

48 hours later I checked my quick results thinking I was going to fail, and I didn't, I passed!

I took it April 26th, found out I passed the 28th, and was officially on the BON website the 30th!

Honestly, just wait! The Pearson Trick doesn't work for everyone! Nothing is for certain until you see the actual results!

I've been saying forever and a day that the PVT isn't always accurate, and one shouldn't rely on it as proof of passing or failing. All it does is make you more stressed out.

I'm glad you ended up passing...it would have been even more crushing if you got the good pop up and then learned you failed.

Someone wrote an article that you have to wait 24 hours. PVT worked for me yesterday, and today I found out I passed officially!

If there were never another post on this website about the PVT I would be thrilled. Seriously thrilled.

I believe your comment on someone else's post was what gave me a a little hope the day before I checked and the morning of! I knew it that I shouldn't have done it but all my friends were pressuring me to try it and they all kept saying it works! But I should have known better!

You used in an invalid credit card. Using the correct card number and changing the expiration date does not make it a valid card. You can't go off about how something doesn't work if you didn't do it correctly.

Congrats! I found out I passed the nclex a few days ago. I myself decided not to do the PVT trick because I didn't want to risk $200 and I think waiting and doing it properly is much more meaningful and memorable. Plus, whether you see the "good pop up" or "bad pop up", it's still not for certain until the quick result is available.

Yeaa....but you did it wrong.

Whether you passed or not, the first thing the pvt checks for is a valid credit card number. Meaning all the info has to be right. Which is why most people urge you not do to it, because sometimes it snatches up your money.

You put the wrong info in, automatically declining it and pretty much doing the trick wrong altogether.

Follow better directions, congratulations on passing

Oh Gosh! I understand being anxious. I waited from July until September or October. Wait for 48. Heck plan a day of fun for yourself to leaving nursing behind for a bit. After all your time in school, just give yourself a break!

Pearson Vue trick is never accurate. I knew this when I did it when I took my NCLEX-RN examination based from the forums I read here in the website but I did it at my own risk. It worked fine for me but I knew the risks I was facing at the moment.

Anyways, congrats!

For the ones saying "I did it wrong."

my friends did it the week before me, two of them did it with a completely fake credit card number and they got the "good pop up." So what you're getting at us that because I did it completely wrong because I changed my exp date, then how does that make any sense that two fake credit cards gets a good pop up and one with a bad exp date gets a declined... soooo yeah.

Dont tell me me I did something "wrong" when I explained it already.
