I just took the NCLEX - PN, my thoughts. - page 31

I feel like burning most the LVN review books I bought as they did me no good what-so-ever on the NCLEX. The questions I got came out of left field. Stuff that wasn't taught in school like post... Read More

My program has a 99 percent pass rate and EVERYONE, I've talked to thought they failed ( except one guy) but passed! I'm taking mine in about a month.

I wish everyone good luck and I hoped that those whom are awaiting their results passed! Just remember, you did the best that you could do. It's all in God's hands now. Also remember that we're human, we make mistakes, and if we don't pass, we can take it again. I will send a prayer to all of you on the forum. And to those who already passed the NCLEX-PN, I congratulate you....

I just took my nclex-pn today and feel very nervous i got all 205 questions it was easy in the begining but just got so much harder i don't know what to expect, what to think, i pretty much don't know my name right now if you asked me. I hear so many bad things like if you got all the questions that means you failed i just need to hear something...... anything

Just relax. I took it Nov. 21 and I got all 205 questions and it took almost a month to get my results. I finally got them and it was bad news. I failed it. I had 8 topics they graded me on and I was below on one and I failed. I was so bummed out. I cried then I was angry but what can you do! I sent out my money to retest the day I got my results. They say it can take 3 weeks to receive ur ATT. I just want to hurry up and retest. Well, good luck!!!

I took mine on November 26th, had 205 questions and failed. Although I have a friend who took hers the first time, had 205 questions and failed, but on the 2nd try had 205 and passed. I got my performance report from NCBON and I was close to passing in all 8 categories. I was sick, but also excited that I was not below in any of the areas. I have taken the month of December off from studying, an gonna repay my $ next month and shoot for again. I'm not gonna give up, gonna keep taking it until I pass! Best of luck to all of you!

I felt the same exact way when I left. I thought I failed and I went home and cried about it and stressed about it for 3 weeks until i got results in the mail saying I passed. I'm sure you will be fine, my friend who took it with me stopped at 120 and he passed also. Good luck to you, do you have quick results or are you in ca too?

Luckily I am in Louisiana which gives results in up to a month but has been averaging a week. But with the holidays I have no clue how fast there going to be. I am soooo freaked out. Alot of my question had to do with priority and cancer meds and rituals for differant faiths which I guessed alot and that is why I am freaking out

I think most people feel the same way. Honestly....I felt like I was guessing a lot too and I truly thought there was NO way that I passed that test. I had over a dozen meds, most of which I have never seen before in my life and about 10 of those select all that apply! I know how you feel, and you are not alone. Just remember, most people come out of that test thinking....what the HECK was that??? It's a common feeling and it's normal to be nervous and freaked out. But that's why we're all here. To give you support! Just try to relax as much as possible...all the worrying wont change whats already done! It will just stress you out even more.
