I failed NCLEX RN twice. Was wondering if Hurst would help. For those who used it, please let me know thanks.

I used Kaplan and was scoring 70-80s but I failed. I took my boards again last month and passed. I used NCSBN for questions and Hurst for content. Hurst was amazing and worth the money!

How long did you study Hurst content, and what were your scores for the Hurst Q banks?

I took my boards after 45 days. I did not use their qbank I used NCSBN questions because they are hard and challenging. I was scoring 65-100 but mostly 70s.
Good luck

Hello all,
My name is Jenna and I just purchased the online Hurst review. I could not do the live review because I have a busy schedule with my new externship in the ER (my bridge before passing boards to RN). I was wondering what you all thought about Hurst and were you successful? I feel I need core content to truly brush up on the weak areas, or the areas I simply cannot remember as well. I did not want to get Kaplan because I feel I can get test taking strategies out of the NCLEX (Saunders) book I have been using throughout school.
If you did use Hurst, did you just do the videos and worksheets, and then take the practice exams at the end? Or did you do questions in other resources while studying the videos? I finished the first 3 videos, the intro and the fuids/electrolytes. So far, I think it is great.
I want to take my exam next month by the 24th of June (which gives me a little over a month). I hope I pass the first time!!!
I was just curious if I could get some feedback from former NCLEX test takers and current ones! Thank you all! :)
Sincerely,
Jenna, BSN

I LOVED Hurst. I practically did everything in it. Nearly all my classmate who took Hurst passed but they also used other resources as well but Hurst for mainly content. GOOD LUCK FUTURE RN!

Thank you!! Do you know what other resources they may have used?

I found that hurst didn't cover a lot of the topics that were covered on my test...
I used hurst the first time failed and then retook using kaplan I passed.
