Going on 4 days and still no test results....

I can hardly stand this wait. I took my test on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 8AM. I tried the PVT and received the test results on hold message. I waited for quick results and nothing is available. I called the OBN and they said Pearson is the hold up. Contacted Pearson and they confirmed that my test is still under review and to try quick results in another 24-48 hours, and that it was due to too many unsuccessful attempts with the palm vein scan. I cannot believe it is taking this long. Has anyone had to deal with this kind of situation? I spent nearly 6 hours testing (with 9 minutes to spare) and answered 265 questions and now this....:barf02:

At least they told you they would contact the office where you took the exam. they told me its no use. That I just have to wait. PRaying that this is worth the wait.

Stay Positive and continue to pray..remember to eat lol.

Keep your heads up and do things to take your mind off of it all. I know that easier said than done, but you gota keep your sanity! :)

I called Pearson every day for four days at least 2-3 times per day. I figured the more I brought the situation to their attention the better. I even started calling the testing facility. I called Thursday and Friday and left messages. Today I finally received a phone call from the testing facility stating that they contacted Pearson and verified that there was some difficulty with my palm vein scan, but I did not have any other difficulties with the exam. I doubt that quick results will be available for me today since it is Saturday, but I am hoping that I can try the PVT again and at some point the pop up should change.

I also see that there is a system upgrade scheduled for today on Pearson. Sigh...another road block.

Thank you everyone for keeping chrisspa and I in your thoughts and prayers. The waiting game can be very agonizing. I have to admit that last night I had a few rounds with my husband and some friends to help ease my nerves, and it actually helped:roflmao:

RetrieverGirl I know how you feel, but in my case Im the holdup. I cant seem to do the trick but I really want to know. It sounds as if we had the same test, omg I had those same focuses on mine too. Those darn SATA and infection control kept coming and didn't stop till I had approx. 34 of them which I counted. Just keep busy until you get some more info and don't stress. I went to eat afterwards then came home and went to bed after a few posts. The website was under maintenance yesterday anyway so I wouldn't have been able to do the trick.

Yes. Was due to too many unsuccessful attempts on the palm vein scan. I didn't know it, but the lady used my driver's license to verify my identity, and for that she had to file an incident report. Then the testing center was closed for 4 days. It finally opened on Saturday and then Pearson wasn't open to retrieve the report. So quick results finally opened for me today at 12:30 PM. Official license should post to OBN tomorrow.

*Make sure your hands are nice and warm every time you scan. I am sure it was because my hands were cold!!!
