Feuer Review is PHENOMENAL!!! I can't say for certain that you will have any idea what will actually come out in your exam, but I have their NCLEX and Pharmacology CDs and they are entertaining, easy to remember and convienent. There are about 27 CDs for NCLEX (for both, LPN and RN) and about 8 or 9 for the pharmacology. I actually attended their pharmacology review and I learned more about the drugs then, than I ever did in school. YOu should also purchase their booklets that can be read at the same time as listening to the CDs because they refer to certain pages and the photographs are easy to understand as well, and it is like listening to the lecture in a classroom. I used to listen to a CD on my way to work, during lunch, and another one on the way home. Also, the week before NCLEX, I listened to them all in one week (if you had actually attended their review course, it would have taken a week, anyway). I dedicated 2 days to med-surg (which is about 10 CDs) 1 day for maternal/women's health which was about 6 Cds, 1 day for psych which was about 6 CDs and then 1 day for Peds. Each CD is about 70 minutes long, and it is the equivilant to sitting in their actual review course. I always added a pharmacology CD a day. I passed NCLEX-PN the first time with the minimum questions...85...mostly due to them. However, I must admit that most of my questions did not relate to the many things that they covered, but they sure taught me how to think!

where can I get or buy used feuer?

Iam desperate.

Not sure, but you can consider posting here and maybe other nursing forums such as Yahoo Egroups (look under nursing groups). If you can save up and get the CDs that would be the best thing, because those CDs are still useful after NCLEX for remembering things.

Thanks I will defenitely look in to that ASAP.

I highly recommend NOT using Feuer!!! It's a horrible program, I am still upset over the poor quality of that class. It was a big sham.....stick with anything else.

I am curious to know why you thought that the Feuer review was so terrible. I am wondering what review I should use, Kaplan, Hurst, Feuer? Please let me know why you thought it was so terrible. It would a great help!

Thanks!

Most people do not use a review at all. They buy a review book and study on their own and are successful.

Their program i think is good it really depends on the person though... once they give the materials YOU have to actually used them.. if you dont your not going to get anything out of it... Im actually using their materials to study for my nclex now!!!!
