Hello, sorry to hear that..I am also taking the nclex for the third time in a couple of wks..go by your report and concentrate on weak areas..I had 3 above and rest near..I am only doing question after question..I am using Lippincott's q&a 11 ed and some saunders's 5th ed CD...I feel like lippincott's material is close to nclex styled qs...go over your strategies or just simply content again..you are the only one that knows what is your weakness..We will succeed :)...don't get discouraged!!!...You can do it;) God bless!

PARADIOS2014, I'M waiting for my report,so I can start over.also planning to buy saunders new edn n LACHARITY-PDA.

Gud luck to you.I had lots of SATA & pharma.

La Charity is fantastic!!..that is an excellent tool for prioritization q's...Best of luck;) Did you do the Comprehensive tests 1-6 from Lippincott 11ed q&a?

mso819, congrats.hope I'll be RN soon.

can you share ur study plan if its ok to do.

I bought la Charity Prio and Dele for $20.95 it's an online version and I find it more convenient than using the paperback book. Here's the link https://evolve.elsevier.com/cs/search?query=prioritization+delegation+and+assignment+3rd+edition+&role=student . Try the NCLEX 3500 Main Menu - NCLEX-RN 3500 - Institutional Version online version.

Hope that helps! :) Good Luck! :D

At the risk of sounding offensive, I would stop all of your test-specific preparation and find an English tutor. From your grammar and sentence structure, I would venture a guess that English is not your first language. Because so much of NCLEX relies on your ability to accurately identify what the question is asking, you need to start with the basics.

All of the test preparation in the world isn't going to help until you have a solid foundation of the English language. Find someone who is willing to tutor you or at the very least study with you as you go through your questions. Doublecheck with that person to see if you are reading the questions correctly and can identify what, specifically, the question is asking. Then, and only then, focus on whether or not you know the correct answer.

Hi,

Dont get depressed. I failed twice and i passed on third attempt. I was scared a lot to take third time. But i did it. Please, dont worry at all. You can do it. I took hurst, kaplan review courses. I did questions from lippincots. I used saunders and pda lla charity as well. I did around 10,000-15,000 questions totally. Practice questions a lot. Practice 100-150 questions daily. Concentrate on your weak areas. My advice is practice.practice.......dont get nervous.

Good luck......

From the looks of it, it seems as if you're studying from quite a few sources. I find using multiple sources can be a bit confusing. Try using at least one review that can help with content if you struggle with content. If you find yourself having trouble with answering questions, try practicing more questions. I will say though, if you're good with content, you'll be able to critically think to answer the questions, so a good balance of both always helps to reinforce the information. I would also look into private tutoring - someone may be able to point out what you've been missing. Hope this helps. Good luck studying and I have faith you will pass next time! :)

hello! I'm sorry to hear that. I just took mine last Feb.27 and still waiting for my official result in 2-3wks. Don't get discouraged, i had a classmate from my review class and passed it for the 5th time. Oh, and btw shes over 50 already. Just Don't stop trying. Let's keep on studying...Good luck! I will send you a pm.
