I We are not eligible to apply for h1b with diploma. To do BSN on h4,it is very expensive. If we have to transfer to f1,need to show some funds and stuff. Then what is the solution to work in United states? going madddddd.................I have 8 years of work experience from 2003-2011,not less than 5 years(may be i put the no.wrong)

You may get sponsers,if you try little. Because,I have been calling many agencies,many of them are not ready to sponser foreign nurses. But some agencies require current priority date. Good luck

unfortunately i dont have BSN,this is the reason i am in great depression. I have done diploma in nursing for 3 years. And had experience in ER. I am aware of this green card retrogession. Because of these reasons, i am very concerned. and dont know,what to do to get work permit in the united states.
