So I just took my TEAS for the first time today at Anoka Ramsey and here are my scores:

(I didn't study at all for it, which yeah is stupid but I wanted to see how it went the first time. I've got my 2nd attempt scheduled for the end of January)

Adjusted individual score: 72.0%

ATI Academic Preparedness Level : Proficient

Mean- National: 64.3%

Mean - Program: 64.9%

Percentile Rank - National: 71

Percentile Rank - Program: 71

My GPA for the 1st semester of the MANE program is 3.0

I'm going to be applying next month for the NHCC program, and I'm just wondering how these scores compare to ones that have been accepted into the program.

Thanks in advance!

Good job! I just took my first attempt too. No one has been accepted with TEAS that I'm aware of as it's only for the new mane curriculum.

Oh yeah it's the first semester that it's being implemented. I was just wondering how my score faired with other programs out there. I've got no frame of reference lol

Adjusted Individual Total Score: 68.0%

Preparedness Level:

Proficient

Mean - National:

Mean - Program:

Percentile Rank - National:

I applied to Anoka Ramsey and NHCC so we will see. KMFX

Hello!

Im applying to the NHCC MANE Fall 2014 program for the evening section! I'm coming in with a 3.4 for the prereques and a 65% for the TEAS V exam. I am taking it again at the end of January. Does anyone know what they are considering a "competitive" point total out of 14?

Thanks!

Anything above 11 would probably make you a competitive candidate.

I scored 86% (don't have the breakdown in front of me) and have a 4.0. I will only apply to IHCC, though. I asked about what makes a "desired" point total and was told that "anything as close to 14 as possible". Thanks.

I applied at Inver Hills with a 4.0 Gpa and a 70 on the TEAS which puts me at an even 11 for my points. I am very nervous, because I wish I would have done better on the TEAS. But there is nothing I can do now, but wait and see. Good Luck to everyone!

I've heard people on here saying that anything 11 and above makes you a competitive candidate.

Good luck to you too! I guess we all will see what "good enough" is. Here's to the waiting game.

I'm a little late to this feed but wanted to add my two cents anyway : I took the TEAS V in May of this year and I scored a 79.3% adjusted total scores, placed into the advanced academic prep level(placing int 87th percentile nationally and the 88th percentile for program). My score brake down was as follows; Reading- 92.9%, Math-80.0%, Science-77.1%, and English/language usage-66.7%. My GPA in the required classes was a 3.1 bringing my total score to an 11.0. I applied to NHCC mobility program and June and was excepted into their evening and weekend program for Spring of 2015!

I was accepted to that program as well!! Congrats.
