New grad RN job in Twin Cities

I will be moving to Hopkins/Minnetonka area this Summer and will be look for an RN job as a new grad in hospital setting. I was thinking Abbott Northwestern, North Memorial or Methodist hospital. Commutewise, Methodist would be more conveninet but I would like to know more about the other two as well..! 

Nurses who work in those hospitals, please provide your input in terms of how satisfied you are with your position. I would like to know salary, benefits, and work culture as a new grad for those three hospitals.
