I've done this for the past few years. Before I was married I paid for my insurance out of pocket, but still took home more than I would if I was full time. Now my husband takes care of the benefits.

My current hospital uses Meditech....HATE IT,!! I think only the people who've never used anything else would actually like it. My last two hospitals used HEC (McKesson), now that I really liked...never used epic, but never heard anything bad either
