   You should have complete docs in your hand otherwise they didn't accept your application, except if you are a Muslim.. Also they required that the applicants must be age 22 and above that's why I can't still pass my application. I'm only 21y/o..

   A lot of filipina nurses choose CA as initial state for licensure but I always read your response that CA is not recommended for initial licensure in US because if you don't have any ssn# and if your application expired for 3yrs you need to renew it....
