You should have complete docs in your hand otherwise they didn't accept your application, except if you are a Muslim.. Also they required that the applicants must be age 22 and above that's why I can't still pass my application. I'm only 21y/o..

I see! You mean you go through agency instead of passing your req. in POEA? I heard if you are hired through SRO much salary awaits you especially you do have 2yrs. exp! I have 0-experience that's why I want to try my luck in Saudi because I can't afford to be a volunteer because of financial problem!

I think that's reasonable enough, If you are after experience and salary enough to support your expenses unlike here in Phil. we are waiting for nothing. Anyway where did you pass your resume? And when did you get your interview?

hey i have question especially to mam suzzane..:) Does having lots of seminars, certificates, trainings, being a volunteer have an edge to other nurses going to US?? or just have a working experience is enough?? or what should I do to have an edge so that employers will sponsor me??? Oh well, I know there's a retro but I just asked to know what are better things to do while waiting.. My batchmates enroll in different seminars and trainings..

A lot of filipina nurses choose CA as initial state for licensure but I always read your response that CA is not recommended for initial licensure in US because if you don't have any ssn# and if your application expired for 3yrs you need to renew it.you cannot have your license until you have an ssn# my first question is what is the essense of passing nclex in CA without having your license??how do we get ssn#?how long?? Another is if is it the case why there still a lot of filipina nurses chooses CA??What are the reasons?? a. lack of knowledge regarding having ssn# first before issuing license b. Bigger salary c. So many Filipino there so that when they get able to get there its easy to adjust Pls enlighten me because I want to choose the right state in applying for licensure exam..Where the process is smoother than any state..Im also open for idea of endorsement/reciprocity and nurse compact licensure,, thanks in advance:heartbeat

hey I have plans to be aesthetic nurse someday..Preferably in US..Im RN here in Philipines..How should I pursue that??Do I need some units of studying aesthetic nursing or just passing nclex and have some training on that field???

I can't remember If I pay 300-500 for PNA membership when I get my certificate for board rating and passing when I passed last june 07 nle..i only payed for certificates and license..not for membership..My license will be expired on 2010..so for two years I'm not member of PNA..IS it mandatory??what are the benefits??advantages??is It needed in applying in a hospital..Im not working in a hospital yet..If it is mandatory??Can I apply for membership when I renew license in 2010??? any idea??

hi,,I just wanna know first wat are the procedures for visa screening and requirements?and if ever retrogression is over, and I will be able to work in US,how long if I will going to petition my mother, even if its only tourist visas..there are two reasons why I studied nursing 1st:to help my family and get there to US to earn for them,.2nd:It's my mother's greatest dream to be there,because most of her friends are in the US..I want to fulfill her dreams.. It will be easy for me to get there if I my ex boyfriend (us citizen)is my husband now,,but things not happened like that,,we broke up and I end up with my 3yrs bf who happened to be my husband now..Now I will going to pursue my dreams all by my self..

hi just want to ask opinions of some preggy hir while revwing nclex.. im planning to take nclex but im preggy do u think it wil cause me so much pressure..I min i have no work for now d hosp hir dont accept new grads that r preggy but i dont wanna waste my tym.. review only if u want but set an study plans..dont force your self its only waste of time when you dont absorb what is your studying..rest your mind,set goals and inspirations like I will make it to the boards because,.,,,lastly pray,pray, and pray...Jesus Loves us and gave us things that we desires..

hey is anyone here have there saunders 4th edition in their hand??i heard its only 3rd edition?where did you buy 4th edition "specifically" here in manila??and how much is the original copy?

I'll understand that visas are inadequate because of retrogression.. aND i THINK there are thousands of foreign nurses who passed the NCLEX but still not able to work in the US because of waiting in their visas,, Im RN here as of aug 2008 yet Ive never start practicing because of my pregnancy...Maybe i'll start after I gave birth maybe in Nov..Ive planned to gain TWo yrs exp.here THEN after I will take NCLEX??Do you think Its advisable to take on that time???Do you think its too late because of thousands of nurses waiting their visas??If ever I passed how many yrs is the maximum I will wait In able to work in the US??Is that true that the retrogression maybe lift this 2009??

Im RN as of aug 2008..I've never practice yet since ive passed,,then when Im about to plan for applying job i had found out that Im pregnant,,,Im in 2mos. now.,The hosp here diddnt accept pregnant applicant unless you are working as regular..What should I do??..IM SO BORED!!I always read books but I think I need to practice too...Its a waste of time 6-8mos is too long for me to stay in the house instead of working..I plan to have a self review for NCLEX but still have no enough money to do the processing and I save money for expenses of my baby...any suggestions what should I do?

My husband is not an LPn yet, he's still pursuing he's study here going to 2nd yr..and hopefully his aunt will help him to get there in Texas to work not as Practical Nurse but any work related or not to earn money to support our child,,I think he will go first before me because I need to get experience here and hopefully I will follow if everything is okay to help him there to support our child and help our family..Am I thinking advanced??:')i dont know maybe I just really want to make it up to my family because right now they are very disappointed at me knowing that I will help them reach 'american Dream"YOu know Filipino Mentality,,but accidentally I've became pregnant they are mad also for the reason that my husband is not yet stable.. but its okay I think my baby is God's grace and blessing for us.... thanks foR the repLY.. aCtually she became my tita because of my husband..my husband is studying practical nurse here he will about to graduate nxt yr..and our aunt tel him that she will help him..Do You think the process will Be that fast?I dont know if his aunt had nursing home or agency in Texas bEcause i Heard that she has 70 employee im not reallY sUre..She told that I have to get 2yrs hosp. experienced here so it will be easy for her to help me.. So i have to wait 2 or more yrs here.. because Ive graduated last 2007 only..My plan is to work there with my husband as nursing Aid first or what as stepping's stone only to earn money for my exams there.. What should I do..Im pregnant right after graduation just why I want to work there to earn and help my family here ..because Im shy to them..
