What small town? Are you near Beatrice? If you are at all interested in going on for an RN, I would go to Southeast CC for the LPN, or at least for your pre-reqs so you can save yourself some money and transfer credits later.
I don't see how this is possible, since a PhD is a research degree. Perhaps you mean a clinical doctorate? It seems possible, since that is the direction NP is going.
