visa screen certificate is obtained thru cgfns once you apply for it and have passed either the cgfns exam or the nclex exam, and the required english exams.
it has nothing to do with immigration, or the green card, other than being required to be presented.
immigration requires an entirely different process and a vsc does not guarantee anyone that they will be able to obtain a green card.
so, my question is. if i am scheduled to take the nclex on february 2007; should i wait until i get the results that i passed nclex and then apply for vissascreen certificate. or can i start the process of applying, send toefl (passing required score--of course--), transcripts from my home country nursing school
--no license from home country-- and later send nclex result and therefore usa nursing license?
and by doing this am i going to reduce time to get the vsc? rather than waiting until getting nclex passing score result in order to star the process for vsc,and me start sending already granted documents thus have a open file ready to be reviewed after fulfilling all requirements?
any suggestions, advice, ideas, etc.
