Pay rates/mileage - Page 2

our agency matches the government mileage amount. i drive a company car, so i don't get mileage. like another nurse on here, the company pays for the gas/maintenance/insurance on the company car. i am hourly, but i did take a pay cut for leaving the hospital. i average 4 to 5 patients per 10 hour day. i also drive around 100 miles a day. my visits are on average an hour or an hour and a half. i do a lot of counseling and end of life teaching.
