I just took two hesi exams within the past week - a critical care speciality exam and today I took a med-surg speciality exam.
I did GREAT on the critical care one - scored a 1063, 89.81% (percentile) and 98.87% conversion score. I took the med-surg one today and didn't do well at all...scored below an 850 (700-something, don't remember the exact number) and got a 77.5% conversion score This was just a practice exam (the critical care one was worth 5% of my grade in that class) and I have to take a comprehensive hesi exit exam in the fall (when I graduate)...but I kind of want to start preparing. I have an evolve account and I know they will send remediation materials to my account within the next week or so, but did anyone actually study for the hesi? There is an actual Evolve Hesi book that is on Amazon that I thought about buying, but I'm not sure...could I just go through my NCLEX books and still be okay? I have Saunders and Prentice Hall Review & Rationales.
