    Hi guys!
    Not much new the last few days. Not eating awful but not eating great either, same with exercise. I'm hopeful I can get refocused on the weekend.
    I do have plenty of healthy snacks for work today (carrot sticks, apple, almonds, a little yogurt).

    Just checking in. It's an off day for me, but I met my goal of going to the gym 4 times this week. Woot!

    I pick up my bike (FINALLY!) tomorrow. They only charged me $35 when their est was 35-45 PLUS the tire - WOOT! I mean (s)WEET!

    I'm holding my own over here. Here's something funny--the other day I had to get down the hall really quickly and almost broke into a run!

    Honey, I haven't run in about a thousand years. It felt a little weird. But good.
