Hello everyone, Third semester is over! Now the waiting begins for our final grade results. Exam was on Monday. In the past two semesters, the instructors have called students who failed, this semester it was hard to get a straight answer from them if they would do that. So, I wait.....:clown:

I, too, am waiting for the results of my final. I'm pretty nervous because it's been a rough semester. It's my first semester (Fundamentals of Nursing) and I feel like I haven't learned anything. This is the way most of the class feels. I had an 88% B going into the final, which is way better than many students in the class and we are required to get an 80% C to pass the class. So far, every student I have spoken to feels that they scored under and 80% on the final.

Basically, I need a 60% on the final to pass and I'm feeling pretty sick to my stomach wondering if I got that score even. I got A's in my other two classes (Psych-99%; A&P-96%) and I don't feel right about my program. Even if I pass I'm thinking about starting over in a new school. This just doesn't seem right that every student feels like that haven't gained any knowledge at all.

Finally got results!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made it to the fouth and final semester!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Cripes! I just finished the first quarter of my junior year (only a year and a half 'till graduation, YAY!!) and I always feel like I didn't learn a thing. Fortunately, my clinical rotations prove otherwise. Don't stress over it. Everything comes together eventually.

It was over this week for us...I passed, but barely. So far my grades in the program have been excellent, but this semester...whoa!

We just took our Med/Surg II final yesterday. It was the hardest test that I have ever taken and everyone kept saying the same thing. Everyone is very scared about the results. I needed a 54% or higher to pass, but one of our administrators says the highest average she has ever seen for this final was a 70%. We are all so scared. This is the hardest class in our program- so I am just wanting to get past it.

I keep taking a deep breath and reminding myself that it's out of my hands now.

So far A- in Fundamentals, A- in Lifespan A in Nursing communicaitons and grade for pharmacology is pending. I hope its an A :)

I made 2 A's and one B. The A's were in Health Assessment and Pharmacolgy and the B was in Fundamentals. My B was an 89.2 which was like ugh only 8/10 of a point from being an A....but it could have been worse, I could have not passed, so I am just thankful for that. I'm glad to have a little break. I wonder how I'll go with Nursing next year with no anatomy/physiology knowledge. The Nursing School only require a pass in English >.>

Oh well, I'll see what I can do during this break. Merry Xmas! :wink2:

our grades get posted on Tuesday. i'll be getting 2 letter grades and 2 sat/unsat.

I feel confident, but until those grades are posted, my stomach is fluttering! lol
