I buy (from Costco) this nice new scrambled egg, spinach, and chorizo frozen bag. You just scoop out your portion and microwave. You can also buy cartons of egg whites, pour a portion into a mug and season it, microwave it for about 1 1/2 minutes and ta-da!

This sounds yummy, I'm defiantly gonna check to out!

I haven't started school yet, but my 12-hour PCT shift starts at 6:45am, so I'm familiar with the problem. Many people I work with don't eat until 9-10am (!!!!). I could never do that. While driving into work, I have my coffee (a necessity), and either peanut butter OR egg and cheese on a whole wheat English muffin. The fat, protein, and fiber keep me going until I can snack when everyone else is eating at 10am. It's pretty simple to make, I whip it up in the ten minutes it takes to brew my coffee and pack my lunch.

Good luck!

I make my breakfasts quick but filling, i suggest bagels, or toast accompanied with a small bowl of yogurt (i drink danone yogurt drinks), or always have bran muffin batter in your fridge, and make your self 6 at a time - one for every day of the week, there healthy and quick! If you have time to make a smoothie this is also good accompanied with carbs/protein in the morning

If you don't have an egg allergy...take a muffin tin, crack an egg into each, add some cut up bacon, veggies, and sprinkle with some cheese, and bake. Voila! Portable breakfast;) Also, how about getting some wraps, slather some peanut butter and add sliced banana? Yumm!

This sounds wonderful? How long and what temp should the oven be at??

This thread is providing some great information but it is only making me hungry!!!

Yummmmmo!!!

Google some recipes for overnight oatmeal, if you make it in disposable cups and use disposable spoons you can eat it in the car and just toss when you get to work. Adding greek yogurt, sliced almonds and blueberries make it a protein and nutrition powerhouse. If you need to add sweetener use honey or stevia or monk fruit!

I'm sure someone has mentioned it, but we do egg muffins for busy mornings. We make a week's worth at a time and just pop what we need in the microwave in the morning and go! There are lots of recipes you can Google, but we usually do basic stuff like chopped turkey bacon, tomatoes, spinach, and cheese. It's like a mini to-go omlette!

I pack a 1/2 cup of spinach, 3 frozen turkey sausage links cut up and a tsp of coconut oil in a container. Toss it in the microwave for 15-25 seconds with a sliced hard boiled egg on top. It will fill you up and keep you full until lunch.

Make them at the start of your week so you can grab and go.

I also love gogurts, cheese sticks, almonds and trail mix. Belvita breakfast cookies are good too but expensive.
