  1. Im a second year nursing student, and with clinical, work and studying its so hard to find the time to work out and most importantly the motivation!!! I have a gym membership and try to go but i find myself exhausted after - makes my 6ams harder I am one of the few people who workout and clean eat in my program and i find it extremely frusterating watching all the students eat poutine, and donuts all day while I'm eating salad. People suggestions, motivations tipsss! I am going on a trip and i would like to be slim for it - i have only one month which happens to be the heaviest time of the semester!
  2. I have been struggling recently, as the semester has progressed with eating healthy and working out. I would like to go to the gym atleast 2x a week, and do workouts at home additionally. I also have been finding it difficult to eat healthy when you have to pack so much food to get you through the day! Any suggestions?? Im at clinical 16 hours a week and at work 20 hours a week, and school additional! Suggestions are appreciated :)
  3. I make my breakfasts quick but filling, i suggest bagels, or toast accompanied with a small bowl of yogurt (i drink danone yogurt drinks), or always have bran muffin batter in your fridge, and make your self 6 at a time - one for every day of the week, there healthy and quick! If you have time to make a smoothie this is also good accompanied with carbs/protein in the morning
  4. I am a second year nursing student, and also like to achieve the same. I have had a hard time incorporating it into my busy schedule, and finding that its hard to get the motivation as the semester progresses. I suggest creating smaller goals for yourself such as yoga, and circuits that you can do in shorts amount of time. I also suggest these to help with the anxiety and stress of the program as well.
