is it hard as he!!? The one at our school is really hard and it's so frustrating to me... I get good grades and it's ticking me off that I'm probably not going to get the grade I want in this stupid research class! Grrr

I would say it's one of the hardest classes I've had, if not the hardest, and I supposedly have one of the easier teachers for it (they are all formatted the same way as far as content and grade setup but different people do teach it- like ours threw in extra credit when most of the class got 50's on the first exam).

Ditto. Hated my research class. Though it did change the way I read research and I do have much more respect for the process now.

My class isn't that hard, it's just hard stuff to grasp, if that makes any sense. I think because the subject is pretty boring, it makes it hard to understand. It is real hard for me to make myself study for that class. Take today for example, in about 4 hours I have my final for it, and I haven't gotten through all my notes more than once.... I'm messing around on the computer rather than studying bc it's boring!

My class was extremely hard. It was probably one of the hardest classes I've ever taken (probably just as hard as o-chem and physics...harder that my calculus class!) The exams were all application type questions. I was in the health science program and students in that program had to take the nursing reasearch class. It was a good class but it was so much harder for those of us who weren't used to nursing terminology and procedures. I still ended up doing fine in that class though.

i am taking a research class now..lots of papers and reading...not my favorite though i did get a 96 on my first paper...not looking forward to my first exam , though,:uhoh3: there is so much thats "out of my element" it scares me !

My research class is very boring, I'm fighting to stay awake every time we meet. I have also taken a Psychology research class and it was equally boring. All I can say is study, study, study. You need to learn a lot of new terms, so good luck.
