I was just curious if this is actually a reputable organization and if any nurses have heard anything about this mortgage program or utilized it... Thanks in advance!!

They have/ or at least had mortgage help for nurses, teachers, emt in southwest florida for the past few years. They would give up to $25,000 towards a mortage. As I recall it was available through Bank of America at that time.

There is a federal subsidy program to improve disadvantaged neighborhoods by giving low interest mortgages to certain professionals to move in. It started as teachers and cops and now includes nurses.

They do this in the OSU district in Columbus, Ohio. They've now included all employees-- not just nurses!

I think it is a great idea.

I'm so glad you asked! I've been receiving info in the mail from them,..the rates seem too good to be true. Anyone actually borrowed money from them?
