After speaking to an attorney I should be back in school by the end of the week! Let's see......They clearly broke 2 of their policies in the handbook regarding learning clinical procedures; which leads me to..........the hostile environment and a clear case of discrimination (on 2 major counts) Details when it's all over. Wish me luck!

Good luck, although I worry about you going back to the same school. You think it was a hostile environment before?
Hopefully they'll be nicer to you, and follow the policies and procedures they have outlined in the handbook, and school will be a positive experience for you.
Take care of yourself,
R.

while the law could be a good thing, it could also be a bad thing.
possibility #1 - they look at this as "just let her get through it and get her out of here. we don't need any legal hassles."
possibility #2 - now we have to make sure she doesn't make it, by picking up on any little minute error. if we make her life h*ll, she'll leave on her own. the "that will teach them" attitiude.

I agree with MsPurp...
I'm glad things are going to be handled appropriately...but now they really have a good reason to be out to get you.
Is it at all possible to transfer schools?
I hope things work out for you, good luck!

There's nothing like a notice on a legal letterhead to put closet bullies back in their place!!
I say stick with the present program, they will have to stop this hostile, caustic, ridiculous nonsense!
Good Luck!!!!!
