Don't spell "HIPAA" as "HIPPA". Don't take patients' photos and post them on social media.

I read a dissertation the other day (I hope it was a draft) that had HIPPAA. I guess she couldn't make up her mind which of the two had two.

Nor should you take a photo of their personal record and post it on social media, no matter how famous the person in your community is. Yes, this really happened at the facility I used to work at. Sadly, she was the compliance officer.

Better yet, don't post anything work related on social media. Just don't. There have been many threads about social media and posters commenting, "well I thought x was ok to post....." after the fact.
