This is a NICE benefit!! Basically, I get paid 4 hours per week of non-work.
I'm moving there next week! Gimme the name of this hospital .....

Yep! 40 hours for doing the work of 36! And we STILL can't find the help!

Hi
I work 8 hour shifts, nights 2330- 0730; I work 72 hrs per pay period. That is by my choice; I used to work 40 hrs a week.
