A junior member is a new member and when you get over 10 or so posts you become a member and when you get over 50 posts you become a senior member! Welcome to allnurses!!!

well thanu all.
Nurses situaion is poor here. Not enough nurses here in our hospitals. Quite a few jobs about. What about there in the USA U have the same problem?
Oh definitely,
The shortage of nurses lies within the fact that because of poor working conditions in the hospitals more and more nurses are leaving bedside nursing and pursuing other avenues in nursing.

Wow!!! I didn't realize that, until I looked beside my name. I am now a senior member!!! Clearly this means:
a. I don't have enough to do in my job.
b. I have no life.
c. (correct answer). I am an intelligent healthcare professional who enjoys the feedback, support and information provided by the allnurse.com team of intelligent healthcare professionals at every opportunity. :kiss
