Celebrity Patients - Who would you want? - page 7
Living in the "Entertainment Capitol of the World", we get a lot of celebs in the hospitals. In addition, there are the one's who live here, commute here, work part-time here and occasionally need... Read More

Bill Clinton (be nice)
The following musicians so they could sing me my favorite songs: Depeche Mode, The Cure, NIN, Def Leppard, Madonna, Sheryl Crow, Dixie Chicks, Shania Twain, Bon Jovi, NSYNC, Britney Spears, Donna Summer, Journey, Foreigner, Ricky Martin...the list could go on and on...
This is all I can think of right now...
May 26, '02Oh, Hugh Jackman and that lead actor from Angel (I'm horrible with names). Oh my, yes!!!
Nurse jws has my taste, except Bill Clinton.
May 26, '02But I have always admired Jimmy Carter, and would love to me him or his wife. They are both such an inspiration to me.
I have taken care of a few pro ball players, several pro hockey players and multiple college athletes, the pro's are always super respectful and polite, the college jocks have all been incredibly rude. Perhaps when they go pro they are trained to be more people persons?
I sure wouldn't mind any handsome men at all....
May 26, '02Hi
I would like to know what happened with Sharon Stone. I work in a Stroke Unit and would love to be able to give my younger patients a positive role model
May 26, '02I may have to adjust that last message. My 13yo just told me lol is laugh out loud - I thought it was lots of love!
There u r I'm a dinasaur!!!!!!!!
Nov 28, '03I hope noone minds but I absolutely had to renew this one. Man I missed some really good threads over the years.
Hands down it would be our beloved president After waiting 10+ minutes for his urinal and then offering my apology in the form of "I'm sorry sir, since we lost OT, we are being forced to work extra ***** and this is the end of my 3rd straight 16 hr shift (and 4th out of 5 days) so I'm absolutely exhausted. Also, unfortunately we aren't given adequate staff even though the hospitals have saved a little money for the CEOs. I suggest you write your congressman." Is this bad of me?
Nov 28, '03KEANU REEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love him as a patient.
Can I help you with a shave Mr. Reeves? Are you warm enough-do you need an extra blanket? But I could never help him change into another gown- my heart just couldn't take it.
Nov 28, '03NO MATTER WHAT TIME SHE COMES IN, I'd be ready to sponge Laetitia Casta!
And If I'm at home, no prob -- just call. (Plus, I won't even punch in.)
Nov 28, '03WHOA!!! What is everyone talking about when they say that Sean Connery has a rep for beating his wife? All that I've ever heard is that blown-way-out-of-proportion Barbara Walters interview. She asked him something like, "What would you do if your wife ever hit you?" and he responded with something like, "Hit her back." That got blown up into reporters saying that he thought men should hit women, etc., etc. Connery later said that all that he meant was that it didn't matter WHO hit him, and that if anyone hit him, he would hit them back - didn't matter if it was a man, woman, or martian.
Did I miss something?
As for celebs to care for... Pierce Brosnan! But, I would probably lose my job for being under the influence of a narcotic (his voice!)
Nov 28, '03Oh man, good to see this thread back, now that I have time to post something! Let's see, definitely agree with the Keanu Reeves post! Also, Ben Affleck, I personally like him so much better when he is a little scruffy, not all glossy like Jlo. Ricky Martin, Hugh Jackman, Matthew McConnaghey, George Cloony, Brad Pitt, Dave Gahan, Trent Reznor, Eddie Vedder, ..... Whew, I could go on but I might need an AED so I could shock myself after thinking about all these beautiful men!
As for women patients, I would love to take care of Madonna, Condeleeza Rice, Missy Elliot, Jennifer Aniston,.... these women have just gone so far, I would love to talk to them.
