That's in my state. I will be praying for the families and friends of the nurses, pilots and passenger. I was up that way a couple of days ago and the rain was so hard we had to pull off the interstate because we couldn't see a thing. So sad.

I'm sorry to hear this. I work at a hospital where a flight crew was lost four or five years ago. It's heartbreaking that in the line of saving lives, lives are lost.

My dad was friends with David aka "Jr". He was the paramedic on the flight. It's a sad day for Regional hospital. I will keep them all in my prayers. The ceremony at the helipad was quite emotional as you can imagine. They had four medical helicopters fly over as the session came to an end. It's a heartbreaker.

Here are a couple of links from the crash. We never used their service b/c there are two local chopper services near our hospital, but we are all close-nit.

I work at a hospital where we contract for our pilots and helicopters and they rotate. We lost a wonderful crew about three years ago in Kentucky and they too were heroes.
