$26/hr new grad, no exp., recently changed jobs $33/hr 1 yr exp.

Only 1 year old RN :saint:

Nephrology/dialysis

25/hr with 4$ NOC diff and 8 dollar weekend diff\

I started at the end of February.

not my info, a friend graduated last may and this is what she told me:

While I do not have an RN job yet most of my friends who recently got RN jobs are close to $30/hour across the board in Illinois.

Is the cost of living THAT much lower in places where the pay is like $19/hr?

I am in CA, I would not be happy with less than $25/hr but rent is high here.

Yes I would guess that is the case. Especially CA's cost of living, I'm sure, is much higher.
